How to Apply For Head Start

The application process is fairly easy and quick.
*We are required to complete applications in person*
Here is a list of the primary supporting documents & information required to complete the application process. There may be other documents or forms needed depending on what school district you reside in.
- Income Verification for 1 year
 - Immunization Records
 - Social Security Numbers and Date of Birth for all members of the household
 - Child’s Insurance ID number
 - School District Registration Form
 - Birth Certificate
 - 2 Proofs of Residency
